The clips are in MPEG format, readable on most systems and with most browsers. But they are highly compressed, which reduces download time, but also greatly reduces video quality substantially - sorry... Much fancier, DVD quality and much longer videos of scuba mermaids do exist, but are not suitable for posting on the web.
